🔹 A Core Reflection Theme
A central focus that grounds the week’s inquiry, helping you explore your patterns, energy, and emotions through a fresh lens.
🔹 One Live Weekly Call
Each week opens with a live, guided call. You'll begin by reflecting on the previous theme, including space for questions and discussions. Then, the new focus for the week is introduced with context and insight to help you engage with it meaningfully.
🔹 A Grounding Practice
A short guided meditation or somatic drop-in to bring you out of your head and into your body.
🔹 Reflection Prompts
Intentional journaling questions that meet you where you are and help you hear your own inner truth with more curiosity and compassion.
🔹 Weekly Invitations
2–3 simple, flexible challenges or practices to live with throughout the week, helping you integrate the reflection into your real, everyday life.
Clarity Illuminates
When you open up to clarity, it illuminates the places you’ve been navigating in the dark. That light can feel tender at first. It asks for courage. But meeting those places with honesty is the doorway to the ease, steadiness, and self‑respect you’ve been craving.
Frame Shift Sessions are intentional small groups, to protect the depth, intimacy, and presence that this work requires.
You’ll be held in a space where thoughtful peers and real reflection meet, a space designed for those ready to move with intention.
If this experience were offered one-on-one, the investment would be much higher.
But the small-group format allows me to offer the same depth of guidance while keeping it accessible.
The investment is $5,000 for individuals or $7,500 for couples.
